They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
