Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I asked for some nutritional and lifestyle advice, because I know how important it is, but they ignored me! It was very frustrating. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
