In addition to being a licensed therapist, I have over 15 years of experience in the field of Business Operations, Human Resources and Project Management. My business experience was gathered in the Investment Management /Financial Services, Airline and Software Industries. I have a Masters in Personnel Management, and am a certified Project Manager with PMI. I continuously strive to remain current with the challenges in today's workplace to understand your perspective and use my skills in therapy, in collaboration with you, to achieve your therapy goals.
Approach to Therapy
In therapy, I work with you to understand your work relationships and their impact on your significant relationships within your social system and vice versa. We work together on creating an awareness and understanding of the unconscious thoughts and beliefs underlying your problems so that you can break free from your restrictive patterns and inhibitions. This allows you to embrace your opportunities, help promote your growth, improve your efficiency and productivity at work, and resolve your symptoms. My education and past experience in the world of psychology and business has allowed me to work within both industries that I am passionate about. In my years of experience in therapy, I have had the privilege to work with clients on their journey through challenges of depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationship problems (work, couples and family), [teenagers and Children…..] and parenting issues. The age ranges of these clients have been from 5 to 64. I have had the honor to work with diverse cultures, some of which are Eastern European, Indian, Asian, Middle –Eastern, European and Caucasian.
