They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The Dr., however, was not good and when confronted with 'screwing up' became nasty.
