At Southern Om, we offer two styles of hot yoga: Southern Flow in a room heated to about 95, and Southern 26 where the room is approximately 105. These types of yoga are designed to challenge the body and free the spirit. So what does that mean if you are a beginner? It means you'll love it. You can modify every pose and know that you are getting one of the best workouts of your life. This intense practice transforms your body and mind.
