Established in 2006 in the historical Perry District, our community centered studio offers beginning and multi-level Hatha Yoga for all ages. Our Yoga Alliance Registered (RYT200-500) instructors emphasize safe structural alignment reminiscent of the Iyengar tradition, and bring a breath of eclectic creativity from a variety of yoga styles and movement arts. We also offer private or semi-private classes, and private Yoga Therapy, and Thai Yoga Therapy appointments with certified staff.

Services We offer a variety of beginning-intermediate Yoga classes, workshops, and therapeutics. Our 'group specific' yoga offerings include Yoga Newbies, Before Yoga Newbies, Yoga Mix (all levels), Yin and Restorative Yoga for all ages. In addition to yoga we offer tri-monthly Ecstatic Dance, and Yoga Therapy private sessions are available by appointment.
