Individual Counseling: Ranging from informal consultation to more intensive psychotherapy and for issues ranging from personal enrichment to stress and other psychological difficuilties (i.e., substance dependence, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, cutting and self harm).
Couples' and Family Therapy: For those experiencing marital problems, issues with parents or coworkers, and those who just want to have a better relationship (i.e., parenting skills, communication enhancement, pre-marital counseling).
