Hi Everyone! I’m Hillary Arrieta, A licensed Massage Therapist and the Owner of Gaia’s Massage & Bodywork. I am a Richardson, TX native and a Graduate of Berkner High School and The Asten Center of Natural Therapeutics.

In the last eight years, I have worked in some of Dallas’s top spas and clinics and have continued my education, specializing in pain management techniques and Eastern bodywork modalities such as Reiki, & Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.™

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and have 500 hours of education in Yoga & Studied Yoga Therapy with Michelle Andre of Priya Yoga Therapy in the Lakewood area of Dallas.

I have shared my passion with others by working as a Massage Therapy Instructor, teaching basic and advanced classes, participating in advisory committees for massage programs in Dallas, and instructing small classes devoted to the incredible Japanese healing modality, Reiki.
