Licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Nic Scogna is passionate about helping others achieve a higher awareness of themselves through professional massage and energy work.
"I wanted to do massage therapy for over 10 years and have now achieved that goal," Nic says. "I absolutely love how personally engaging it is. Utilizing the knowledge I've gained over the last 17 years of soul searching and healing modalities, I approach massage therapy with the individual in mind and allow the body to speak."
In his practice, Nic strives to help his clients gain a better perspective of their health through simple exercises designed to test and heal "problem" muscles. He offers a wide range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and medical massage that can be integrated for the best approach to the "roots" of his clients' conditions.
"I love the way massage therapy puts the client first, giving them time for themselves" Nic says. "I am always thrilled to hear of improvements in a client's health that are directly related to the work I've performed."
Background & Training
Nic has been a part of the health and wellness field since the mid 90's. He received his Master level Reiki attunement in June of 1998 and has studied under renowned healers in the forms of yoga, Reiki, herbalism and astrology.
