I would never recommend them to anyone. Maybe if your pet was hit by a car they MAY be of some service, but only if you are a regular patient. They were terrible! The waiting room smelled and looked very clean, but I didn't get to wait there, instead I was marched into an exam room and waited for 50min. before the Dr. arrived. She didn't give my cat a thorough exam, nor did she ask for the cat's history... instead mentioned I should have more testing done...cha ching$$. She was there for no longer than 5 minutes. No, They did not take that extra step to make me feel special. In fact I had to wait another 30minutes for the vet tech to arrive with the eye medication to demo how to apply. Very young staff and no one cares enough to get to know me or my cat.
