Cary Okano, MA, MFT Intern is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, with an Masters in Counseling Psychology/Expressive Arts Therapy.
She has a compassionate presence and integrates therapy with the arts while working with individuals, couples, families, groups and people aged 5 to 99. Her experience includes issues surrounding: life transitions, socialization skills, parenting, dual diagnosis, chronic pain/illness and spiritual crisis. She specializes in clients who are exploring concerns around: cross-cultural challenges, trauma, relationships, anger and grief/loss.
Cary creates a safe, supportive and empathetic space where you can gain greater insight to change limiting patterns, behaviors, and beliefs in order to build the life you want to be living.
