This is the worse dental office I have ever done business with. I feel we've been ripped off in a few ways. When they tell you that you owe nothing, then months later send you a bill, saying you are past due? How can that be?
Then to be told you have a credit balance, that they actually owe you. Then turn around and threaten to put your account in collections because you owe them? Who runs this credit office, Mickey Mouse?
Also on my last visit the dentist tells me to raise my hand if it hurts. I'm practically waving my arms and all he says is I'm almost done.
I'm 60 years old but I cried like a baby it hurt so bad. They will NEVER get me in that chair again!
