Since graduating from a nationally accredited massage program, Sandy has dedicated her time to furthering her skills and education with numerous seminars and workshops.
Currently Sandy practices Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Hot Stone Massage and is certified in Prenatal Massage. Aromatherapy and Herbology body wraps are also available. This massage is tailored to your specific needs. Swedish strokes melt away stress, reduce tension, and increase circulation; Deep Tissue is used where needed to break up adhesions. Lymphatic massage techniques decrease swelling, and Stretching movements provide relief for tight muscles.
Certified Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced from physical, mental and emotional changes during pregnancy. Side laying and proper pillows are used to support mom and baby. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage
Experience a luxurious and relaxing stone journey combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, heated basalt stones are applied to bring relief to sore/stiff muscles and ease tension, creating a balanced flow of energy.
Herbology Body Retexturizer
Experience Bioelements therapeutic body exfoliation that uses medicinal Chinese herbs to smooth and retexturize your skin from neck to toes. It starts with an application of warm oil followed by an exfoliating Herbology massage. You’ll then be cocooned in heated thermal blankets to melt the therapeutic granules into your skin. The result will be silky smooth, revitalized skin that will feel comfortable for days.
