Following orthodontic graduation Dr. Chacon became a certified dental specialist in Orthodontics in the state of Illinois where he had been practicing since 2003. He became a board certified orthodontist in 2007.
In addition to his training in Orthodontics, Dr. Chacon completed a Masters in Oral Sciences at the School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York. During the time he was in New York he also completed a 2 year full time training in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders.
Dr. Chacon serves Aurora, Naperville, Oswego and neighboring communities of Southwest Suburban Chicago
Dr Chacon is joined by Dr. Patino, a Board certified Periodontist, who specializes in gums (all the surrounding areas next to the teeth, or gingival tissue). She has a vast experience placing dental implants to restore missing teeth, and treat general gums conditions, such a gum disease.

Dr. Chacon is a dual trainee in Facial Pain and Orthodontics. He graduated at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, where he completed his 3-year postdoctoral program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (certificate).
