EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CLINICAL PRACTICE Amy Scovel is licensed in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia, MO and completed her Master’s degree at Missouri State University. Additionally, she is credentialed as a National Certified Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has been trained in helping individuals, couples, and families for a broad area of concerns and from various faith back-grounds. Amy has extensive training in working with those with addictions, such as alcohol and eating disorders, co-dependency, anxiety disorders, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. Amy is also trained in Celebrate Recovery addictions program. Amy has worked extensively with adults and the collegiate populations.
