Services Our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services After a major surgery, illness, or injury it’s important to remember that you have a choice of where to recover. It’s an incredibly important choice, and one that can affect your health and quality of life for years to come.  •PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) Our exclusive LifeWorks Rehab program For short-term recovery, our exclusive LifeWorks Rehab program not only gets you home more quickly, but makes sure that you’re healthier, stronger, and better equipped to live independently when you get there. Most patients are discharged to home within 3-5 weeks. Long-term care In addition to our short-term rehabilitation services, we are also focused on the needs of patients who require lengthier stays and have designed our center to ensure their comfort and well-being. Most importantly, patients will be in an environment where they feel at home and where our staff goes out of their way to get to know them personally. We are also skilled in assisting family members who are faced with the often difficult process of making choices for loved ones and can help with hospice and respite care services if needed.

They were horrible! I was Overmedicated, the first 3 weeks. On the 8th of August I was in dire need of a bathroom and was ignored for 20 minutes so I got in the wheelchair that was left for me but the legs we NOT LOCKED and it rolled away and I landed on my broken femur and got badly hurt. They X-rayed me and said that nothing was wrong and yet on September 20, I cannot put weight on my left leg. They also went through my drawers and took my case with ALL of my home medications and I had to threaten them with the police before they admitted that they had been taken by them. They ran out of my medication the last night that I was there and I went to the charge nurse to get my pain medication and it was missing from the bag that they had stolen from me and the medicine morphine was not there!!! They tried to discharge me without my pain medication so I once again told the charge nurse that I would call the police if they didn’t find them and “boom” a 1/2 hour later, one of the staff showed up and said that she had hidden them somewhere else, once I knew where they were!! There’s PLENTY more but I’m tired if complaining but I was not just constipated to the point of being impacted so they gave me gloves and a couple packets of Vaseline and ignored me as I screamed for almost 2 hours ripping a softball size ball of concrete out of my rectum bleeding and cutting myself on the edges and STILL wouldn’t give me any more than a 1/2 a capful of Mirilax eventually 2times a day, not caring that if they had given me my doctors recommended dose of 2 full capfuls a day I would not have had to get constipated again by the 2nd day after that episode but being sure to ask me every day if I’d had a bowel movement again knowing full well that I have Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis long before I was admitted!
The PT and OT staff was quite good there’s plenty more of tell if you’d be willing to listen to anymore!! THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest facilities in the area. They offer the best therapy services in the valley for patients who have suffered an illness or traumatic event. Nice smiling staff and the food was wonderful!
