Teaching Yoga since 2003 at fitness centers, ymca, senior centers, local community center, and also provides private yoga session by appointment. Graduated from Rising Sun Yoga in 2003 I have worked with individuals of all ages, and currently volunteers with DKWIO to teaching 5th graders in a Detroit Public School. Currently also provides health coaching to individuals and groups, using state of the art 24-hour online coaching.
