They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. I had back surgery years ago and am very careful. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Keri made sure I was comfortable. I was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep! Her attention was on me for the full time. The massage space is immaculate, and she crates a relaxing atmosphere. She has always returned my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my questions. Everything she told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way she said it would. She was able to provide me everything she promised me. I've never doubted her abilities.
