My work utilizes both deep tissue work (rehabilitative massage and trigger point therapy) along with relaxation massage techniques. I have also studied Myofascial Release with John Barnes and am certified in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year, a program designed by expert pregnancy bodyworker, Kate Jordan. Before the start of each there is an intake conversation where we discuss your goals for the session along with any physical concerns you may have. Each session is unique and adapted to address your individual goals and concerns. With every session it is my intention to provide support that increases your wellness, aids your healing process, and leads to growth.

EducationI studied massage therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. During my time at NWHSU, I interned at the school’s clinic, Regions Hospital, the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, and Pillsbury House Integrated Clinic. These experiences allowed me to integrate the science and artistry of massage therapy in many different settings. I was fortunate to work with a diverse range of people including those dealing with cancer, heart disease, joint replacements, nervous system disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic or acute pain, and anxiety and stress. Since completing the program at NWHSU, I have studied Myofascial Release with John Barnes and have been certified in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year with Kate Jordan, expert pregnancy and postpartum bodyworker.
