Meghan’s massage therapy experience began at Cortiva Institute in Boston where she received her 750 hour diploma in Professional Massage Therapy. She is Reiki I certified, skilled in Craniosacral Techniques, as well as Prenatal and Oncology Massage.
She also works with fibromyalgia and chronic pain cases, which can be relieved through massage therapy. When Meghan was 16, her own experience with back pain as a waitress piqued her interest in the career. She enjoyed the science and ethics foundation of her training, and returned to Cortiva for training in cranial sacral therapy.
Meghan works with Lenox Fitness Center clients, and has worked at Elements Therapeutic Massage in Belmont, MA.
Meghan believes that aside from providing relaxation, massage can be an integral part of one’s health, wellness and sense of well-being. Meghan hopes to serve the diverse community of the Berkshires.
