My treatment focuses on an evidence-based perspective of therapeutic coaching and psychotherapy. Many of my clients are seeking assistance with anxiety or life transitions but I also work with adults experiencing loss or dealing with a chronic or terminal illness. When appropriate, I incorporate healthy lifestyle coaching including Mindful Eating and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques that are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Home visits are available when necessary. I am also certified in teaching trauma-sensitive meditation and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2014 and am certified as a Yoga 4 Cancer Instructor.
