Enjoy monthly access to the best and most knowledgeable fitness trainers and resources, all for what you’d typically pay a private trainer for just a few individual sessions.
Owner Keely Knack, a competitive athlete and fitness professional, believes anyone can enjoy the benefits of personal training without the higher price or extra cost at the other well-known clubs. Our friendly and high energy environment makes your work-out fly by and encourages a strong sense of belonging to a committed fitness community. In fact, you may even find yourself wanting to stay longer!

MyTRAINER opened in 1 September 2011. Since then, it’s been a daily adventure filled with facility improvements, expanded operating hours, and lots of new faces!
