I thought that I was having a recurring eye infection, so I made an appointment for that day (I was kind of in a panic). Not only were they able to fit me in, but they also made note in my file that I had another appointment to get to right afterwards. Dr. Thompson was great! He took the time to ask a lot of questions and make sure that I understood what was going on (no eye infection - thank goodness!). He provided me with the products and information that I would need going forward. To top it off, as I was leaving, I mentioned to one of the staff members that my glasses were really loose. She got them tightened up for me in no time. All this great service and I still made it to my next appointment on time - awesome!! Thank you College Boulevard Vision Care!!

The manager and associates were extremely rude to my 80 year old mother. I hope someone treats their elderly parents the same.
