Been there a few times, but I have (and told them) some strange fear of the eye doctor. They do not have sympathy for that, or at least with me. They left me waiting, and for anyone who understands, that causes anxiety. I ended up panicking because I was left in the doctor's office for 20 minutes. Then, I get a bill for 9 bucks when I told them why I was leaving. The receptionist looked blankly at me with no empathy or understanding at all. I decided to go somewhere else, but they continued to bill me. When I inquired about the remaining $9, I got another lame response. Again, they don't get it. Yes, doctors get busy, but office staff should let you know that, especially when you know the patient has anxiety!!! Geez. Hope you're happy that you got your 9 bucks. Was it worth it to make me pay 9 whole dollars when it was you that caused all of this? I would likely just gone away quietly. Train your staff better....way better.
