We offer long and short term stays and we are Medicare/Medicaid certified and offer competitive private pay rates. We specialize in rehab therapy services and also offer a modalities rehab program as needed. The modalities rehab program consists of several programs provided which include wound care, bladder training, decreasing edema, pain reduction, and aid in increasing joint mobility. At Nebraska Skilled Nursing and rehab we specialize in neurological, orthopedic, post-operative and respiratory rehabilitation care and we have a team of dedicated staff to provide premier, top-quality care. The facility also provides transportation to medical appointments. Nebraska Skilled offers three delicious meals a day and employs a Registered Dietician to accommodate the residents nutritional needs. The facility also offers to the residents, an on staff Music Therapist known for serenading residents who are unable to attend group activities.
