I will do everything I can to avoid using this Service again. The first time I went the intake insurance women told me I had to pay a deductible. Which was false. I disagreed because I knew my insurance covered these services. Then she said "Well I guess you will remember that the next time you come" . The attitude was unnecessary. I offered my insurance card and she refused it stating she didn't need it. Supposedly already had it in the system.. Just today my husband and I went to this service again for an appt. I had made last week for him to have bloodwork done. I marked the date and time on our calendar. We went today for the appt. And were told by the receptionist that she didn't have an appt. for him. And then the same woman who takes care of the payment and insurance info. scooted over to the receptionist and looked at info and said that it was a no show appt dated a week prior. Needless to say, I am pissed off and will never use this facility again. Facility name= Boyertown Diagnostic Imaging and Rehabilitation
