Extremely disappointed. I was in a car accident, injured my shoulder. After I realized it was not getting better (unable to lift arm above shoulder height and alot of pain) I decided to call Westside Othropedics to set up an appointment. They set up my appointment up for Wednesday at 10:30am with Dr. Gullone. The day before my appointment, they call me and tell me they are cancelling my appointment due to an issue regarding me. I tell them I never had any issue with them, they say they will check into it. Uhh ok??? They later that afternoon call me again and then tell me they are cancelling my appointment because Dr. Field no longer treats my kind of injury. Um what does Dr. Field have to do with anything??? I wasn't going to see Dr. Field and have not had "an issue" with them (until now obviously) which tells me they are willing to lie and do anything just to get out of an appointment. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional business.
