Dr. Alex Rivera is one of the best health professionals I have. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I in turn have recommended him to others. He makes an extra effort to communicate with his patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. He is very interactive and asks the right questions. He has always had an answer for me when I called with a question. He never has tried to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I sometimes needed to wait 10 or 15 minutes for an appointment to begin, but I think occasional delays are reasonable. I could tell that his staff took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room here is cozy and not overcrowded. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is cramped.
