If I could, I would give Dr Ruocco more stars. My only regret is that I didn’t meet him earlier.

I started seeing him in February for Chiropractic care and then I started seeing him in June for Nutritional support. When I started seeing him I was taking two prescription drugs and two over the counter drugs every day. I am now off all medications. I had health issues that I had been dealing with pretty much my whole life and just figured it was “normal”. Not only have I learned from Dr Ruocco that the symptoms I was living with are not “normal”, but I have seen a huge improvement where these issues no longer impact my ability to function. Due to the improvements I’ve gone from being adjusted 3x a week to twice a month. (Dr. Ruocco has various treatment and payment plans a client can choose from.) A definite plus is that I’ve lost 20 lbs since June!!!!! This wasn’t done by following any fad diet or depriving myself. It’s been done after learning from Dr. Ruocco what the body really needs nutritionally and supporting my internal organs to do what they were designed to do via whole food (no chemicals/nothing created in a lab) supplements.

What really gives Dr. Ruocco the “It” factor is that, second only to his devotion to his family, the health of his clients is his number one priority and passion. He takes the time with each client to check in with them on how they are doing, changes since he last saw them and any questions or concerns they may have. (Note, this is why he may run a bit behind. I’m OK with it as I know he will spend the time needed when he sees me.) One of his main “tools” is education. He holds free seminars in Rocky River, Bay Village and North Ridgeville. Some of the topics he’s addressed in the past include: the thyroid, fibromyalgia, menopause, children's health, & headaches/migraines.

With regard to the office environment I have found it a very professional, pleasant, personable and relaxing. The music played in the office covers pretty much ever genre. I’ve heard Classical, Country, Michael Jackson, Contemporary Christian, Barry Manilow, Disney, and I believe even some Dean Martin. Clients are respectful of the relaxing environment by not talking on their phones or having loud conversations.

When I started seeing Dr. Ruocco I was skeptical of Chiropractic in general and wasn’t too sure about the adjustment process, however I now look forward to my appointments. How much do I trust Dr. Ruocco and what he does? My 82 yr. old mother is now seeing him for both Chiropractic care and Nutritional support. I’m looking forward to see how her health improves.
