Called and made an appointment for chiropractic adjustment due to pain in my neck and arm. Went in and the place seemed really strange. Receptionist was a younger male with very odd personality. The front room was very small and plain with clutter and boxes. Seemed like they just moved in so was able to disregard. I filled out paperwork and gave copy of my ID and they collected payment up front. I asked to use the bathroom and upon entering I noticed a shower, mess, clutter and unfinished areas... And a random cup of pee with no label on the counter. When I came out of the bathroom I mentioned that there was a shower in the bathroom and the receptionist said he never even noticed that?? Okay. Doctor came and took me back to a different room. On the walk back I noticed another storage area of hoarded stuff piled up. When we got into the “exam” room it was dingy and full of outdated looking piled up medical equipment. Talked to the doctor for about 15 minutes and after explaining my symptoms he suggested X-ray and MRI and said he couldn’t adjust me cuz he didn’t want to cause more damage. And that was it. I asked why I paid 45 for nothing and he said well I could hook you up to the electrical if you would like.. at this point I just wanted to get out but thought I paid so maybe I should get something. Went into a different more nasty room
And he told me to lay down on a dirty looking table and wanted to hook up dirty equipment to me. I didn’t feel comfortable and said I would just leave. I asked for my money back since no services were performed and he laughed and said I paid for his medical advice... I was so angry and told him his medical advice meant nothing because his medical office was nasty and pee cups sitting out and dirty and hoarded... his comment to me was “well your nose rings look like they hurt” ... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. I told him if he didn’t refund my money he was committing fraud and he said I was a crook who was tryin to rip off his business as he was literally pushing me out the door. I was upset so I did flip him off because I felt ripped off and so disrespected. The he FLIPPED ME OFF BACK and told me to never come back! This man is not a real doctor and needs to loose his license if he even has one!
