April knows a lot of information but she is VERY rude with how she interacts with her customers and potential future clients. She comes across as a Pompas know-it-all and if you ask any questions- well you probably shouldn't of (she knows it all- just doesn't want to share ANY of that information with her clients). If you are ever sitting in the waiting room there are many times she says very rude and personal things about the customer that JUST left her office. Unable to do ANY kind of walk in treatment - even though she lists on her website that you can. Overall not a good experience; while she did do the treatment I needed after seeing how she acted around myself, other customers and the things she says when you leave - I WONT be going back.
