Dr. Bartels received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, and a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. He has seven years of professional experience performing more than 85,000 patient treatments, bringing relief and hope to many. His passion for understanding the complex human physiology and providing his patients with the best evidence-based therapies keep Dr. Bartels constantly reading, researching and developing new skills.
Dr. Bartels lives with his wife Kelly and two young boys, Kyler and Canon, in Littleton. As a family man, he loves to get to the mountains (three times a year) for backpacking (2-hour walks with a stroller), camping (in cabins), and fishing (wading in streams). He loves to play golf, basketball, workout (wrestle with his boys and do hydro-massage at the gym), study and read, (mostly audiobooks during the commute), and sing (in the shower).
