Nancy Li has another office in Chinatown. She grabbed my money and refused to refund, also called police to let me get out of her office. If you want to be treated like that!!
My 12-year-old daughter complained her right ankle for years. I saw her advertisement and decided to have a try in Nov 2019. Nancy Li and her mom told me that my daughter’s ankle shifted a little bit and asked me pay $1,000 for three treatments. I worried about my kid’s ankle and agreed the treatments with $1,000 down payment. Within one month after the first treatment, my daughter had severe injury on her right ankle(the spot with treatment) from her school activity. The MRI report says High-grade partial tear with scarring of the ATFL and CFL. It was a pandemic in 2020, I couldn’t visit Nancy Li’s office. I went to her office on Apr 2, 2021 and told her that we couldn’t continue the treatments. First, my daughter had severe injury which caused the ankle shape permanently changed. Second, can I wonder if the injury was caused by her treatment? Nancy Li refused to refund the left two treatments and called the police. Of course, police could not make any judgement for us. It’s your judgment if you want to see the person like that.
