For chiropractors, there's wrack and crack, and there's a kindler, gentler approach. You can force the body to do things and hope healing happens, or you can coax it to where it always wanted to be in the first place before it got out of whack-which sounds better?
The treatment I received from Dr. Gilbride epitomized the latter. She is a real pro, and her knowledge extends beyond chiropractic: she also had recommendations for a nutritionist colleague in the area, and a personal trainer (I've struggled with obesity my whole life). If you want to get treated by a chiropractor, that's your business. If you want to facilitate healing in your body by a kind soul in the most gentle, non-invasive way possible, make sure to make that Dr. Anne Gilbride's business.
