Just completed 8 weeks of therapy on upper quad problem.
Have started doing home exercises.
All the staff are very concerned with making sure you feel comfortable while working with you.
Libby and Patrick are the best.
They encourage you to do the best you can without going to far and maybe causing other concerns.
My problem is at least 85% better than when I started and everyday with home exercise I feel improvement.
I encourage you to see them if you have problems..
