First off let me say we (my husband, baby son, and I , have not been perfect patients). Actually, we missed one (1!) appointment, and rescheduled (in advance) a few others due to doctors conflicts and the ice storm in Atlanta. We received a threatening and rude voicemail from Christopher Birds on more than one occasion. However, we apologized, returned for multiple more visits and continued with my baby son's treatment. Also, we have arrived to scheduled appointments before to see they have not put our son on the books and have had to call in a therapist. See, they are not perfect either. They call and remind you of appointments (normally very professionally) a day in advance. Today, at 9 am, (our appt was at noon, which was confirmed on Friday), the office staff passed around the phone and called us every three minutes (I saved the voicemails for when I call the bbb) asking if we were going to show up. Christopher Birds, who we have already dealt with many times and apologized to for the one miss, was one of them, two others who didn't leave a name, and Shelly. To me, I feel like they were making fun of us and harassing us. I have never dealt with people who could be so rude to a family and let alone a little baby during visits. My husband went in today to cancel in person. So beware, don't give this place your money unless you want to be cussed out by Christopher, don't have children (things happen), or can't control the weather. So I guess everyone except Jesus himself should stay away. Our next step is filing a complaint (or as many as it takes) with the BBB.
