Emerald City Therapy is centrally located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Because the office is located just off the I5 and 520 interchange, it is easily accessed from all over Seattle and King County. Plenty of parking is available, and the office is on a major bus line.
Erin takes an integrative approach to therapy, which means that she finds truth and value in several different psychological theories. Her approaches to counseling and therapy are rooted in the Systems Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Theory models. Combining strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, among others, she specializes in self-discovery and identity issues, life transitions, family changes, grief and loss, and issues related to non-traditional family systems. Erin has extensive experience providing counseling for depression, anger and conflict management, anxiety and panic disorders, and stress management.
