Dr. Levine is one of the only Board-Certified Clinical Psychologists in Los Angeles. He is a Clinical Psychologist at the UCLA School of Medicine and before moving to LA in 2011, he was Chief of Psychology at a large hospital in NY & Clinical Psychologist for the hit TV series "Hoarders" on A&E Network.
Within a 5-mile radius of zip code 90210 there are literally hundreds of professionals (including psychologists) offering some form of psychotherapy. Dr. Levine completed a Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology at Hofstra University in New York. This is an APA (American Psychological Association) Accredited Ph.D. program, but there are some psychologists in California who did not graduate from APA-Accrrdited Clinical Psychology programs.
Dr. Levine then completed a 2-year advanced Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy at Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia.
