I switched to care plus about 2 years ago for my Bipap supplies. At first they were great. I used to get notifications on my phone when I was due for supplies. Then they stopped without any notice. I recently went to them for more supplies the beginning of August, here it is late September and I still haven’t received anything! I called them on a Friday to find out what was taking so long and was told that whoever placed my order never filled in the account number. They apologized and said they would make sure my supplies would ship that Monday and I would have them by Tuesday. Here it is Thursday and still nothing, I’ve tried calling but No one answers. I’m switching back to my previous supplier! This place has gone to shit.
