Do NOT deal with this company. They are rude, hateful, and disrespectful. They are also incompetent in billing. I went through a great amount of hardship because they had the wrong name (for insurance), the wrong doctor, and other misinformation. They keep their client's personal files in an area that is open to other consumers, and could risk the possibility of exposure of personal information. They have threatened me twice, causing even more worry and hardship. I use a CPAP, and they threatened noncompliance (that insurance was not going to pay) because I was sick with a sinus infection and couldn't use my machine (but making it sound like it was my fault). They also threatened finance charges on the first bill I received (saying it was 90+ days past due...but it was the very first bill received). I was also called a liar about an issue over a conference call with my insurance provider, and when I PROVED that I didn't lie, I never received any sort of apology, even after I suggested I thought I deserved one. I do NOT like being called a liar by anyone. Period. And from an establishment that should demonstrate better diplomatic skills, it really shocked me of their appalling behavior. Save yourself the hassle and hardship, and go with someone else.
