Horrible company. From difficulty contacting them to billing problems; you name it, they are horrible. Didn’t even have the correct dates when bipartisan was put in service. Kept billing for a portable concentrator I had turned in. Took a call to the Medicare fraud division to somewhat clear that up. They apparently bill whatever amount they feel like to the consumer. Don’t waste your time with these people.
