First of all, not happy with my insurance company that is making me shop with a medical supply company an hour from my house, when there is one about 2 miles from where I live. Then I call the Rangely store and no one is there, the phone is being answered in Grand Junction, 2.5 hours from my house! I leave my info and was told someone would call me right away. Well, three days later I call again, and the same thing happens... the call is rolled over to the Grand Junction office, and still no one has contacted me. Only time will tell if this situation improves. glad I am not dying!
