I have been a customer(because of my health plan) for 18 months. I have had multiple billing problems with the company that I think are resolved until I get the next months bill. Very difficult to get to the right person and resolution doesn't seem to be recorded so that cases are properly closed. if my health plan offered another DME provider in my area, I would get my supplies elsewhere.
