To date I am terribly disappointed with the service I am receiving from this firm. I was directed there from my ortho doc with a script for a brace for my knee, I was told by a very rude associate that it would take time, perhaps days because of paperwork struggles to get a brace. I called my insurance carrier who advised no paperwork was needed a simple call would have gotten it approved, 2 days gone and no brace, my wife's knee is worse and no help in sight, stay away
