I was 15 min late finding their store..my appt was 10:30 & they said I had to reschedule even there was a room full of patients who had been waiting over 1/2 hr for the cpac fitting/orientation...who also had a 10:30 appt. The maddening thing was that they had called ME the day before because I guess they'd had a cancellation. I appealed to several levels up to see if they couldn't make an exception..the tech called the two owners & they said I had to reschedule

I have been trying to get through to make an order for mask, etc. for 3 days on the telephone. I am put on hold and wait for hours and still cannot get through to place an order. What is going on. This is very poor service by Life Care Solutions Inc., how do you stay in business? It would be nice if you had more people to answer your telephones, so you would not less orders and people would not go to some other company.
