I have received bills from VITACARE which include a phone number & address. Online I have found different VITACARE numbers and addresses. And what information for this suppliers can I trust to give my payments to? Are you charging the “Medicare Amount Allowed”? In December of 2022 I changed Insurance and now you’re charging me double for oxygen concentrator and portable oxygen. On my phone inquiry about the increase with VITACARE I was told the $ amounts up to my insurance company. My insurance company tells me VITACARE charges whatever they want. It might be easier for me to just switch my supplier than deal with VITACARE!
