WORST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE! This women is unprofessional to say the least. She not only over charged me, attempted to over treat me, but also harassed me during my two visits. I went in for a yearly pap after going onto my insurance website and seeing she was the nearest in network provider. These past few years I've moved quite a bit from Florida, to Arizona, to now Illinois and not once have I had such an issue when it came to my regular yearly pap. My insurance covers it 100% yet some how this women demanded copay each time. My first visit seemed very strange when she did a "quick pap" and that was all so when I asked for a full check up with urine sample and blood work her assistant and her scolded me for 30 minutes as to why I would want such work done? Do I have the money to pay for all of this work? How could I possibly know that my insurance would cover it? And so on. They forced me to call my insurance to confirm it was all covered. Which it was. She then forced me to make another appointment, regardless of the results, because "she could not discuss them over the phone" which also meant another unnecessary co pay (no other state has ever refused to tell me results over the phone so I figured it was an Illinois situation but after talking to many friends this women was full of it) My second visit she made me wait an hour because she was late to the office. She gave me my results and tried to over medicate what she had found. I consulted two doctors after her and both were confused as to what she was thinking. This women is extremely difficult. If you want to feel like you went to a back of the truck type of doctor you are on the right track. I would not recommend her to absolutely anyone!
