This office is horrendous.
If you want to be lied to and uncared for, go for it.
Doctor saw me for 10 minutes and charged $634

The scheduler straight up lied to me, then conveniently didn’t recall the conversation. This caused me to be charged an even higher office visit rate. I knew it had been awhile since I had been there, that is why I called and specifically asked if I would be considered a new patient due to the time frame, or if I would still be existing – since I know NEW Patient is more expensive. I just needed an well visit, and had I known it would be considered NEW PATIENT I would have gone someplace else. However, the scheduler straight up told me no I would not be considered NEW, so I scheduled the appointment. Then BAM get the bill and guess what? Billed as NEW. After calling to try and fix, the entire conversation had been conveniently forgotten completely, and they had no help to offer. More uncaring.

The doctor is more like a google search engine. Her bedside manner along with personality and caring seem non-existent.
When asked questions, I feel like I'm reading myself from Google, paragraph by paragraph with numbers and statistics being spouted off at me without emotion and barely commas.
I can research things myself that way, in a doctor's office I am looking for some personable care...more than Google can provide.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen for maximum 10 minutes and that is only because I tried to ask a couple of questions...all of which were met with the above mentioned dry unfeeling tone. She rattled so much info off so quickly it was difficult to retain anything, all while performing the physical exam which is distracting in and of itself. She never took a second to sit and have a meaningful conversation with me, rather the entire time I was allowed to try and ask questions she was probing me. For over $600 I should get a 5 minute sit down eye to eye to discuss what I need to.
I wanted to have a conversation about my needs, but it felt so rushed I did not get anything accomplished nor did I get near my money’s worth. Yes, in this age it also has to come down to money…which they are all too happy to rip away from you without regard or conscience.

I also do not understand how it's even right to charge for 2 office visits in one visit. If you go in for a well woman, and discuss ANYTHING outside of the exact parameters then you are charged another office visit. Fine, I'll get over that...however...if you in addition need a follow up 2wks later for that additionally charged office visit...yep you get charged another office visit.
Just ripping you off every way possible is just wrong. I'm sure you are making enough money...the office certainly looks like it...why gouge people with multiple office visits in that manner?
They charge $318 FOR ONE OFFICE VISIT.

I saw her with my first pregnancy. She always seemed like she had somewhere better to be. She also made my husband feel dumb for asking questions. She had her baby, and I got moved to another doctor; it was the best thing that ever happened to me!
