We treat a wide range of conditions and offer a diverse variety of treatment options and evaluation services. At Step Ahead, we take great care in giving patients treatment that is initially directed toward conservative care. When necessary, surgical options are available.

Digital x-rays are performed in office to evaluate for fractures, foot deformities, and other podiatric pathologies. These allow immediate review in office of your feet.
Orthopedic and podiatric strains and overuse syndromes can be treated with shoe inserts, arch supports, orthotics, and ankle supports. Shoe purchasing recommendations and advice on proper foot wear are always available.
Chronic conditions can be treated with casts, removable walker boots, or crutches.
For our Medicare diabetic patients who qualify, we recommend enrollment in the Medicare diabetic shoe program. This program assists diabetic patients with compromised feet to wear the proper shoes and inserts for their condition. These allow immediate review of your fee in the office.
