I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this office and feel compelled to share. During my visit, I was assured that my inserts would most likely be covered by insurance. Fast forward, I was blindsided with a $600 bill. When I called to address the issue, I encountered the most unprofessional and rude behavior from the billing manager at the Westerville location. She had the audacity to tell me she "shouldn’t help me because she could see how many times I’ve tried to call and rectify this issue," implying my persistence was somehow offensive. Little did she know, I’ve been grieving multiple family losses and dealing with an overwhelming number of funerals. Instead of showing empathy, she was judgmental and dismissive. When I asked to speak with someone above her, she flat-out claimed there wasn’t anyone.

Adding to my dissatisfaction, my initial impression of this office was already poor. Upon arrival, the doctor I was scheduled to see was literally sleeping in the back. My appointment took far longer than anticipated, and receiving my inserts was a nightmare. I had to return multiple times because they didn’t order the correct type. To make matters worse, during a follow-up visit, the students assisting me were wearing scrubs that looked unclean and unprofessional, as if pulled straight out of a dirty laundry hamper.

This entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and downright unpleasant. I will NEVER return to this office and caution others to think twice before visiting.
